Hacktoberfest Is COMING!!

To be honest, my personal experience with Hacktoberfest is up and down. The first time I participated, I was successful; I got my t-shirt and stickers! I was happy and excited. It was the boost I needed to get me out of the rot I was in and back into open-source. Sadly the second time I participated, last year; I was unable to get the t-shirt. I was angry. There were funky politics and I felt cheated.
Regardless of my past experience with Hacktoberfest, I will continue to participate in Hacktoberfest, always contribute to open-source, and continue to learn and grow as a developer.
